Day Visit to Salford Quays, Feb 2002

This is a selection of photos that were taken, with an Olympus E-10 digital camera, when we had a day visit to Salford Quays, Feb 2002. We had been down near London for me to go to a Trident & Rocket Three Owners Club motorbike autojumble and Maggie went to a big craft fair at the same weekend. On the way back up the country we went to visit the Lowry Gallery at Salford Queys. When Maggie discovered that Laurence Llewelyn-Bowen was were promoting a new range of cutlery, shejust had to go and meet him. The day was cold and wet with the odd clear spell so the sky and contrast is not very good in some of the photos, sorry, but I have "doctored" a couple of the worst in Photoshop to improve them.
